one more time
SO yesterday we didn't get our house. We put an offer in on the bungalow and we had the highest offer but they didn't want to give in to a home inspection. They decided to take an offer 6000$ less than ours with no conditions. I was pretty broken hearted yesterday but we have to move on and take our best shot at our second choice. We will be putting an offer in on thursday and start this process all over again.

There must have been a good reason why they would have accepted a much lower offer in order to avoid the inspection. I would count yourself lucky as they are most likely hiding something!
