succsseful day 2

So yesterday we went out and found 2 amazing houses. the first an amazing 2 story house so beautiful. It has a master suite that you would barf on your own mother for and the coolest floor plan it is the more expensive house but still well within our budget. The second house is a bungalow. Although it appears very average on the outside the inside is beautiful and done to every last detail. It seems to be the most practical choice and is listed 300000 dollars less than the other but esthetically it is just not as impressive as the first. Both have a crap load of bathrooms no pun intended and each a double car garage. The kitchens are equally as nice so it seems to come down to the question. Do we put an offer into the house that blows the other houses out of the water esthetically or do we play it on the conservative side and choose numero two? After a lot of soul searching i think we have made our decision but here is the check them out on mls.ca and see what you think. the mls # for house number 1 is 1004373 and house number 2 is 1004321 both located in Winnipeg
